Ouse Dyke and River Trent at Netherfield

Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding today.  Flooding is expected on 12 March 2026 .  Areas most at risk are Netherfield including Rochester Avenue, Drummond Avenue, Kingsley Drive and Netherdale Green. Rainfall is forecast until the early hours of tomorrow. River levels at Carlton Gauge are rising rapidly.  We are monitoring rainfall and river levels .  Start acting on your flood plan if you have one .& move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety.  This message will be updated by 9:00AM on 13 March 2026 or as the situation changes.
