The Suffolk coast at Southwold

High tides and forecast weather conditions today may lead to flooding.  Flooding is possible from 10:30 am to 2pm today, Saturday 25th October 2025.  We expect high tide levels at the harbourside in Southwold. The detailed forecast is for a peak level at Lowestoft of 1.83mAODN at 12.15pm, today, Saturday 25th October 2025, which is 0.90m above tide tables, Wind Force 7, North Westerly. Tides will remain high over the next couple of days.  We are closely monitoring the situation .  Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .  This message will be updated by 6:00PM on 25 October 2025 or as the situation changes.
