North Sea coast at Bridlington

High tides, strong winds and large waves over the next few days may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible today from 08:45AM - 27/01/2026 - 01:00am on 28/01/2026. Locations most affected will be coastal roads and footpaths. Around Bridlington Lifeboat Station in particular, overtopping may be seen due to large waves and strong winds. We are expecting impacts to be seen through the rest of the week. We are closely monitoring the situation. Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded.
