High river levels and further rainfall today may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible today, Saturday 31st January 2026. Locations most affected include local roads and low-lying land around Stamford Bridge, Pocklington, Wressle, Wilberfoss and Elvington. We are closely monitoring the situation. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water Avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
