Lower Avon from Ringwood to Christchurch

High river levels are continuing to cause flooding today. Flooding is expected on 29 January 2026 . Further rain is forecast tonight. Areas most at risk include Bickerley, Ringwood and the B3347 from Christchurch to Stony Lane in Christchurch. Further rainfall is forecast in the next few days. With ground water levels already high, river levels will remain high for many days. We are closely monitoring the situation . Activate any flood protection products you may have .
